AI-Imagination Studio Image License Agreement

This is a license agreement between you and AI-Imagination Studio that explains how you can use photos, illustrations, vectors, and other types of digital content ("Images") that you purchase from us.

1. Grant of License: AI-Imagination Studio grants you an irrevocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Images for personal, commercial, and noncommercial purposes.

2. Permitted Uses: You may use the Images in any way that is not prohibited (see below). This includes use in digital format on websites, blog posts, social media, advertisements, film and television productions, web and mobile applications; and in printed materials such as magazines, newspapers, books, brochures, flyers, product packaging.

3. No Attribution Required: While not required, we appreciate any attribution to AI-Imagination Studio or the original creator of the Image. This helps others find our work.

4. Prohibited Uses: You may not resell, redistribute, provide access to, share or transfer any Images except as specifically provided herein. For example, the foregoing prohibits displaying Content as, or as part of, a gallery, collection, archive, sharing site, or other similar project. You may not use Images in a manner that competes with AI-Imagination Studio.

5. Termination: AI-Imagination Studio reserves the right to terminate this license agreement for any reason if you breach any of the terms.

By downloading Images from AI-Imagination Studio, you accept the terms of this agreement.
